BEFORE YOU LAUNCH

FLIGHT CHECK.

  • An existing PC installation of EVE Valkyrie. Game files are not included.
  • Windows x64 with Microsoft .NET 10 Desktop Runtime.
  • Steam or the Meta Horizon PC app running and signed into the account that owns your copy.
  • A community pilot account and an internet connection.
  • For VR: a connected headset; start SteamVR for the Steam edition or your Oculus/Meta VR connection for the Oculus edition.
Microsoft .NET 10 Desktop Runtime ↗

Choose .NET Desktop Runtime → Windows → x64. You only need the Desktop Runtime; no development tools are required. The launcher prompts you if the required runtime is missing.

NEW IN 0.2.8

Legacy now has separate Combat vs Players and Co-op vs AI matches. Update to launcher 0.2.8 to connect to both modes. Warzone and Legacy retain separate progress, and the events page shows player counts for each game.
